We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the suit is pending since the year-2013. The same is not yet decided. It is contended that directions be issued to decide the suit within 3 months. 3.

We are not aware of the pendency of the matters before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Latur. It appears that the suit is pending for almost 8 years. The learned Judge shall consider the pendency of the matter and that

2 wp 5656.2021 the matter is now 8 years old with it and shall endeavour to decide the same expeditiously, of course in accordance with law and procedure.

We expect the learned Judge to decide the suit expeditiously. The pendency of the suit for 8 years is certainly a longer period.

We hope and trust that the learned Judge dealing with Regular Civil Suit No. 216 of 2013, shall endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously. 6.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
