The petitioners have put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "B) The impugned communication dated 18.09.2019, issued by the respondent No.3, may kindly be quashed and set-aside and the petitioners may kindly be granted permission to fill in the post as per the procedure prevailing at the time of making an application for permission to fill in the post."

After the hearing in this matter progressed to some length, a copy of the communication issued by Dr. Ganpat More, Deputy Director of Education, Latur Division, Latur, dated 14/07/2022, addressed to various Heads and Secretaries of the grant-in-aid and no grant-in-aid institutions, operating the Higher Secondary

7847.22wp (2) and Junior Colleges, is placed on record, which is marked as 'X' for identification. It is set out in the said communication, that those institutions, who have been excluded from the 'Pavitra Portal' Recruitment process, are eligible to move applications for seeking exemption and permission to recruit.

In view of the above, since the petitioners claim to be eligible to be exempted from the 'Pavitra Portal' recruitment process, this petition is disposed off, with liberty to the petitioners, to approach respondent No.3 in view of the communication dated 14/07/2022. Needless to state, respondent No.3 shall scrutinize each and every case of seeking exemption, scrupulously and meticulously.
