The petitioner has put-forth prayer clause B as under :- "B) By way of appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, this Hon'ble High Court may kindly direct the respondent No.3 - Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad to take expeditious decision on the proposal dated 27/10/2021 forwarded by the respondent No.7 - Principal, Nalanda Junior College, Kukundnagar, Mukundwadi, Aurangabad."

The learned A.G.P. submits that the said proposal would be decided within two months.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect Respondent No.3 to decide the proposal of the petitioner on it's own merits and by strictly adhering to the policies and Government Resolutions applicable, on or before 31st May, 2023.
