PER COURT :- 1.

There is no dispute that certain orders have been passed by the competent Judicial Forum in Special Darkhast No.56 of 2015, which is pending before the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Omerga.

By this petition, the petitioners expect this Court to recover the amount from the defaulters when certain orders have already been issued directing the Judgment Debtors to deposit the money in the Court.

In view of the above, we do not fnd this petition ft to be entertained in the writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, as the legal proceedings have already been initiated.
