This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, whereby the petitioner has sought to add Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 as coaccused in the F.I.R. bearing C.R. No. 241 of 2017 and to arrest them. 2.

Learned A.P.P., on instructions, states that during pendency of this petition, the accused have been arrested in F.I.R. bearing C.R. No. 241 of 2017 and that supplementary charge-sheet has been filed against the Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4. He has placed on record copy of the report dated 06th August, 2019.
