This motion is made for speaking to minutes of the order dated 08.04.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, this application is filed for regular bail. Subsequently, on account of demise of applicant's mother, with permission of this Court, prayer for temporary bail was added and on 08.04.2025, this matter was heard only for temporary bail. However, while granting temporary bail to the applicant vide order dated 08.04.2025, inadvertently entire bail application has been disposed off. He Thus seeks recalling of the clause III of the operative part of the order dated 08.04.2025, thereby disposing off the application.

In view of the above, clause III of the operative of the order dated 08.04.2025 is recalled and matter is restored. Place the matter for further consideration on 28.04.2025.
