For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the delay caused in preferring present first appeal is condoned. Additional cause that is taken into account for condonation of delay is the belated payment of compensation amount which is alleged to have been paid by the acquiring body in Diwali 2014 i.e. some time in October, 2014. Application is accordingly disposed of.
