Heard Mr.Bedre, learned counsel, Mr.Shelke, learned counsel and Mr.Deshpande, learned counsel for respective parties. The grievance of the Petitioner is that though the selection process has been conducted in accordance with law, however, appointment orders are not issued for the post of Assistant Superintendent. It would be seen that, today, the Petitioner has already attained the age of superannuation. As such, to day, the case of the Petitioner cannot be considered.
