The learned counsel does not challenge the issuance of certificate under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 but challenges the consequential attachment warrant issued under Rule 107 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Rules, 1961.

As there is no challenge to the order under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 but only the consequential order is challenged in this petition, the same cannot be entertained.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed.
