Learned APP informs that the Police Station Officer has not registered FIR since, according to him, it is a civil dispute. 3.

In our view, the petitioner has equally efficacious alternate remedy to seek direction from the concerned Magistrate in terms of Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
