Mr. Vibhute, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that after the filing of the petition the caste claim was invalidated on the ground that the caste certificate is issued on the basis wrong nomenclature. Subsequently, the petitioner has obtained corrected caste certificate and has resubmitted to the committee on 18.08.2017. The same is still pending.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is studying in second year B.A.M.S. course.

The committee shall decide the proceeding submitted by the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight (8) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 21.11.2018. The respondents shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground the validation proceeding is pending. The respondents may take further course of action, depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

The writ petition accordingly stands dispose of. No costs.
