Learned A.G.P. for the respondent submits that as per the order passed by this court dated 03.07.2015, the services of the petitioner are regularized by Government Resolution dated 14.11.2017 w.e.f. 21.08.1990 alongwith the all consequential benefits except back wages. Learned counsel submits that as per the Government order dated 7.12.2017, the arrears towards the salary of the petitioner from July 2015 to October, 2017 came to be sanctioned. The arrears of salary has been granted with effect from the order passed by this court i.e. 03.07.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is satisfied with the order complied with by the respondent except the appointment letter wherein his appointment is shown as temporary appointment.

Learned A.G.P. submits that those are the usual terms of the appointment order. However, considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, those usual terms, which indicate the probation period etc. may not be applicable. 5.
In view of above, contempt petition is disposed of. Notice discharged.
