The proceeding is filed for relief of quashing of FIR No.75 of 2019, registered with Shivajinagar Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 494, 323, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The matter was referred by this Court to the Mediator and it appears that the parties have settled the dispute. There is report of the Mediator on record. Today, the learned counsel for first informant produced affidavit in reply of the first informant showing that the parties have settled the dispute and the first informant has no objection to grant relief as claimed in the present matter. It is taken on record. In view of these circumstances, the following order is passed:

I.
The petition is allowed.
II.
Relief is granted in terms of prayer clause (C). III.
Rule is made absolute in those terms.
