The only change in the circumstances that is now canvassed, is that after filing of earlier two applications, the brother of the applicant was arrested and was released on bail as, within sixty days, the chargesheet is not filed.

This is hardly any change in the circumstances. The present application is, therefore, dismissed. .
It, however, appears that the Investigating Officer has not arrested the present applicant since, as per submissions of the applicant himself, he is working as a teacher, which is a permanent job, he

The learned A.P.P. to inform these observations to the Investigating Officer, on supply of authenticated copy of this order.
