The present application is filed for withdrawal of the amount. The contesting respondent is not objecting to the application for withdrawal of the amount.

Prayer Clause 'A' of the application reads as under : - "A.

the applicant/ original petitioner may kindly be refund the amount which is deposited in Writ Petition No.11621/2014 under the order dated 24/12/2024."

The application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'A' as above. 4.

It is also clarified that if the deposited amount has earned any interest, the same shall also be permitted to be withdrawn by the applicant.

The application is disposed of.
