The present appeal challenges the interim order dated 15.03.2018 passed by learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune, below Application No. 13 of 2018, thereby granting temporary injunction in favour of Bharat Sarva Seva Sangh Trust.

In the impugned order, in clause No. 5, it is held that 'the aforesaid temporary injunction order will remain in force till Bhagyawant Punde

{2} FA-1168-2018 the pending property change report of the said trust before the ld. Deputy/Assistant Charity Commissioner, Ahmednagar'. 3.

Admittedly, Property Change Report Inquiry Nos. 336/2018 and 599/2018 filed by the appellants and respondents are finally decided, nothing survives in this appeal. First appeal is therefore disposed of as infructuous.

In view of disposal of first appeal, civil application stands disposed of.
