The petitioner's claim of belonging to 'Rajgond' Scheduled Tribe is pending validation proceedings. He has received a notice from respondent No.2 dated 08-03-2022, calling upon him to submit a validity certificate within ten days, failing which the company would proceed to cancel his eligibility. He states that his

The learned AGP submits on instructions from the Law Officer of respondent No.1 that, the proceedings of the petitioners are closed for orders and within three weeks an order would be delivered.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.
