Heard learned counsel for appearing parties.

Learned counsel for applicants seeks clarification in respect of order dated 01-08-2012 in writ petition no. 9182 of 2011 since, according to him, an error has crept in, in fifth line of paragraph no. 8 of said order as instead of referring to respondents no. 5 and 6, under inadvertence reference as respondents no. 1 and 2 and the same deserves correction by referring to respondent no. 5 and 6.

As such, in paragraph 8 of order dated 01-08-2012, reference to respondents no. 1 and 2 stands corrected as respondents no. 5 and 6 and in further sentence instead of respondent no. 1, it should be read as respondent no. 6. 4.

In paragraph no. 8 of order dated 01-08-2012 in writ petition no. 9182 of 2011, reference shall be deemed to be to respondents no. 5 and 6 instead of respondents no. 1 and 2, and in further sentence respondent no. 1 be referred to as respondent no. 6.

Order dated 01-08-2012 stands accordingly corrected. Certified copies hitherto issued of said order be deemed to have been accordingly corrected. Henceforth, copies be issued with corrections as aforesaid.

Application is, accordingly disposed of.
