The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that although today Application for Restoration of the Petition with a prayer for condoning delay of 331 days is listed, he has instructions to withdraw the Application itself so that the Applicant/Petitioner can approach the concerned authorities as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn. The Applicant/Petitioner would be at liberty to take such steps as available in law including as per provisions of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.
