This application is filed for condonation of delay of 24 days in bringing LR's of deceased Respondent No. 3 on record who died on 07th December, 2011. It is contended by the Applicant that Applicant had no knowledge about the legal proceedings and therefore, the delay has caused.

No malafides can be attributed to the Applicant for not bringing LR's of deceased Respondent No. 3 on record in time. In the interest of justice, civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'. Amendment to be carried out within three weeks.
