It is an application moved by the applicant seeking permission to deposit Rs.20,000/- in view of the order passed by this Court in civil application no.1582/2016 dated 06.06.2019 in second appeal stamp no.2200/2016.

Heard Mr. S.S. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. S.G. Gastgar, learned counsel for respondent no.1. Perused the record.

Already sufficient time has been exhausted by the applicant to deposit Rs.20,000/-. As such, at the most, one week may be granted in the interest of justice.

O R D E R

(i) The application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) (ii) The applicant shall deposit an amount of costs of Rs.20,000/- in this court within a period of one week from today.

(iii)If the applicant deposits an amount of costs of Rs.20,000/- within a period of one week from today, the Registry is directed to make the scrutiny of the appeal and it be placed for admission.

(iv)In case of failure on the part of the applicant to deposit of amount of costs of Rs.20,000/- as per orders of this Court, the present application seeking permission to deposit shall stand dismissed without making back reference to the Court.
