Compromise terms relating to only petitioner - Balasaheb and respondent - Narayan are drawn. Motion is moved for modification of the terms of compromise filed before the Lok-Adalat to the extent of clause 8 of the compromise terms in R.C.S. No.235/2021.

The petitioner agrees to pay amount of Rs.5,00,000/- to the respondent No. 1 as final settlement and has drawn D.D. No. 919581 dt. 9.8.2024 of the Bank of Baroda for an amount of Rs.5,00,000/-. The details are mentioned in para 4 of the compromise terms. The aforesaid D.D. is handed over to respondent No. 1 by the petitioner and the same is accepted by respondent No. 1 in the Court.

In view of the compromise terms, the writ petition is disposed of with modification of clause 8 of compromise filed before the Lok-Adalat in R.C.S. No. 235/2021.
