2] Learned counsel for the applicant files on record a true copy of the certificate issued by the Registrar of Hindu Marriage, which would show that the applicant i.e. respondent in the appeal, has married to one Ms.Madhuri Chhetri on 21st

2 9-crappln1589-15.odt April, 2007. The certificate is accepted on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification. Learned counsel also files on record a true copy of Movement Restriction Order. The same is accepted on record and marked as "X-1" for the purpose of identification. It would show that movement restriction order is issued against present applicant, who is a national of Cameroon as his VISA period has expired.

3] Mr.Nimbalkar, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the applicant cannot move out of India and even the place i.e. Deharadun. He submits that the applicant would provide cash security of Rs.50,000/- and also surety of his wife namely, Madhuri Chhetri.

4] Considering the difficulties of the applicant, in my view, he can be released on bail on certain condition.

3 9-crappln1589-15.odt 5] Hence, the following order :- a] The applicant be released on bail upon his executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs.One Lakh) and also upon depositing cash security of Rs.50,000/- (Rs.Fifty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety of his wife namely, Madhuri Chhetri, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rs.Fifty Thousand), in the concerned court. Humdast granted.

b] The application is disposed of accordingly.
