PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the Sub Divisional Level Committee constituted under the circular dated 13.2.2015 to look into the grievances raised by the petitioner and take appropriate decision. If the petitioner approaches the Sub Divisional Level Committee within a period of four weeks from today, the Committee shall take appropriate decision in the matter in accordance with the guidelines issued in that behalf and on consideration of rules and regulations, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of representation. With the directions as above, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
