ORDER :- 1.

Mr. Bedre, learned Counsel for respondent No.4 submits that a fresh proposal would be submitted to the Education Officer seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as "Shikshan Sevak". The said proposal shall be submitted within four weeks. On receipt of the proposal, the Education Officer shall take decision upon it, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy within a time of four months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
