The petitioner submits that the application is filed with the management. It is for the management to consider the application of the petitioner. If such an application is filed by the petitioner seeking appointment on compassionate ground with the management, then the management shall decide the same on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
