The applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 324 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years and three years, respectively and pay fine of Rs.2,500/- and Rs.3,000/-, respectively, in default of payment of fine amount, to suffer rigorous imprisonment for two months and three months, respectively. The trial Court has already suspended the

(( 2 )) 928-(B)-Cri-Appln-1110-2022 execution of substantive sentence of imprisonment. It will take time for appeal to come up for hearing. It is a case of short term sentence. 3.

In the fitness of things, the execution of substantive sentence of imprisonment to stand suspended, pending the appeal. The applicant be released on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with surety bond in the like amount.
