Though there is delay in bringing LR's of deceased Respondent No. 3 on record, it is not in dispute that the this Respondent is Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 4957/2014. Since the parties connected to these Petitions are same, it is in the interest of justice that the application be allowed by condoning delay and directing the Petitioner to bring LR's of deceased Respondent No. 3 on record.
