Heard. The complaint is already investigated into. It is found by police during enquiry under section 174 of Cr.P.C., that the cause of death was suicidal. The petitioner is a friend of the deceased. He alleged that this is a case of murder. We are inclined to conclude this petition accepting police report. The petitioner is free to take such steps as are permissible in law.
