1] Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2] This application seeks restoration of Contempt Petition (St.) No.28274/2016 filed in Writ Petition No.3193/2013, which suffered dismissal for non-removal of office objections within time.

3] For the reasons stated in the civil application,

CA 9460/17 in CP (St) 28274/16 in WP 3193/13 - 2 - delay of 29 days in filing the application is condoned. We have also considered the reasons stated for restoration of the Contempt Petition. We are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for non-removal of office objections within time.

4] In the circumstances, we allow the civil application, and restore Contempt Petition (St) No.28274/2016 to its original number, which is filed in Writ Petition No.3193/2013. The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
