The applicant prays for condonation of delay of 373 days caused in filing civil application seeking restoration of the writ petition which was refused registration by the order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) for non removal of office objections. 2.

The learned Advocates for the Respondents strenuously opposed the application and contend that heavy costs be imposed on the Petitioner, since the delay is too large, excluding the Covid-19 pandemic days.

In view of the above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed on the following conditions:- [a] All office objections to be removed on or before 15.09.2023.

[b] After the office objections are removed, the writ petition shall be restored at the stage at which it was dismissed. [c] The Petitioner shall deposit cost of Rs.1,000/- with the Bar library of the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, within fifteen days.
