A) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL OF AMOUNT :

Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire amounts of compensation, which have been deposited by the acquiring body alongwith the interest accrued thereon. It is to be noted here that the acquiring body has deposited only 50% of the amounts of compensation.

This court in other connected matters vide order dated 28/04/2023, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 50% / 60% of the entire amounts of compensation. In view of the same, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw the aforesaid 50% deposited amounts of compensation alongwith

2 911 ca 5299-23+ the interest accrued thereon till date on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

The civil applications are accordingly disposed of. B) ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR STAY :
