It appears that the present petitioner filed an application with the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Latur under Rule 12(3) r/w Schedule of the M.E.P.S. Rules, 1981. However, the said application is not yet decided though it has been filed on 3 rd October, 2013. The learned

4128.14wp Counsel for the respondents have no objection in case the Education officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Latur is directed to decide the said application after hearing all the concerned, within stipulated period. In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.1 to decide the application of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within twelve weeks from today, after affording opportunity of hearing to all the concerned.
