29.1.2018 ORAL JUDGMENT:- 1) Heard Mr.A.M.Phule learned AGP for the appellants and Mr.A.B.Kale for the respondents.

2) Mr.A.M.Phule learned AGP points out that all these appeals pertain to the lands which came to be acquired for the Murdapur Project. The lands acquired are from village Nashirabad, Tq. and Dist. Jalgaon. He points out that this Court by its Judgment and order dated 17.1.2018 in First Appeal No.645 of 2005 has dismissed identical appeal instituted on behalf of the appellants. He points out that by further Judgment and order dated 18.1.2018 in First Appeal No.641 of 2005, identical First Appeal as well as Cross-Objection came to be disposed of by this Court in relation to acquisition for the very same Murdapur Project. He points out that this Court relying upon the aforesaid two Judgments and orders, also disposed of a batch of First Appeals and Cross-Objections

( 3 ) in relation to acquisition of lands from Nashirabad, which were also acquired for very same Murdapur Project. These were First Appeal Nos.429 of 2005 and connected matters.

3) Since this batch of matters stand covered by the aforesaid Judgments and orders, this batch of First Appeals and Cross-Objections are also disposed of for the reasons recorded in the aforesaid Judgments and orders. 4) The First Appeals and Cross-Objections are consequently dismissed.

5) There shall be no order as to costs.

6) Pending civil applications, do not survive and stand disposed of.
