Mrs.Deshpande, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy of filing an appeal under Rule 13 of the Maharashtra

In view of that though Mr.Choudhari, learned counsel sought to canvass submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal. If the appeal is filed within four (4) weeks, the Respondents shall not raise the contention of delay.
