The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the University has given positive recommendations in respect of the proposals of the petitioners to start new colleges. The locations were as per the perspective plans. The government has not taken decision on it as yet. The notices were issued on 22.04.2019. On the last date also the matters were adjourned at the request of respondents, as a last chance.

The learned A.G.P. submits that he has no instructions. 3.

In case proposals of the petitioners for opening new colleges are recommended by the University and are pending with the Government, then the Government shall take decision on the said proposals in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within four months from today. The State shall consider all the relevant aspects.
