1) During arguments when this Court expressed when this Court expressed that the Court is not inclined to grant the relief in favour applicant Samadhan @ Goya Ashok Nikam, the learned counsel, on instructions, submitted that he wants to withdraw the application. Criminal Application No.1528 of 2017 is disposed of as withdrawn.

2 Application No.1680 of 2017 2) Learned counsel for the applicant-Gunwant in Criminal Application No.1680 of 2017 prays for relief of anticipatory bail. This Court has carefully gone through the papers of investigation. This Court has granted interim protection to applicant-Gunwant as there are no specific allegations against him that he used dangerous weapon. There is allegation that during the incident he gave kick blows to the injured. The injury certificate is perused by this Court and it shows that the injuries were mainly caused on the face and they were not caused by present applicant. In view of these circumstances Criminal Application No.1680 of 2017 is allowed. Interim relief already granted in favour of the applicant is hereby confirmed.
