We have heard learned Counsel for petitioner and learned A.G.P. for respondent - State.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner points out that the order passed in respect of similarly situated petitioners, wherein liberty was given to make representation and same was directed to be considered. In view of that we follow the same course.

It would be appropriate for the petitioner to make representation/application to the respondents for considering him for 1 / 2

21_WP410517.odt appointment as Para Teacher/Assistant Teacher so that the Respondents would be in a position to take decision on the same. 4.

In light of the above, we pass the following order : 5.

The petitioner shall make application/representation to the Respondents seeking appointment as Para-Teacher/Assistant Teacher. The said application/representation shall be considered expeditiously by the Respondents on its own merits in accordance with law and existing policy, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the receipt of such application/representation.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
