We have heard Mr. Bayas the learned advocate for the petitioner. The learned A.G.P. accepts the notice for respondents and submits that the committee would take decision upon it on its own merit. 3.

In case the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2 then the respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merit expeditiously preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
