The present petition is filed with innocuous prayer. The order is already passed by the competent authority for transferring the dispute to the Civil Court. The order is passed on 13.09.2019.

Mr. Bangar, learned Counsel appears for respondent no. 3.

In case, the order of respondent no. 3 dated 13.09.2019 (Page No. 14) is still in force, then the same shall be implemented. The dispute be sent to the Civil Court as per the said order preferably within eight (08) weeks.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
