PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The petitioner is objecting to order passed by the Collector on 9.2.2015, thereby rejecting the objections raised by the petitioner and others in respect of allotment and rotation of the seats from Scheduled Castes category.
2) Learned Counsel appearing for State Election Commission informs that the process of election has balready commenced and the stage of acceptance of nomination papers is over and today is the date prescribed for publication of final list of contesting candidates.
3) In view of the advanced stage of process of election, in exercise of extra-ordinary writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, no interference is called for. It would be open for the petitioner to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum at appropriate stage in accordance with the provisions of law.
