In Criminal Application No. 1594/15, notice. Learned counsel Shri. P.R. Patil waives notice for original applicant from Criminal Application No. 303/2009. The learned counsel for original applicant submits that the present applicant Dube has no locus standi. This circumstance need not be considered as request is made for early disposal of the matter and it appears that interim relief is granted by this Court and the investigation is stayed.

So, Criminal Application No. 1594/2015 is allowed and disposed of. As per convenience of learned counsel for applicants, the date is fixed as 21.4.2015. On that date the matter will be disposed of.
