Heard the learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the identical facts, situation arising out of the same notification, this Court has passed the order dated 12.7.2023 in First Appeal 2547/2022 and the stay was granted, subject to deposit of the entire amount of award alongwith interest in the Registry of this Court within a period of 12 weeks from the date of the order.

In view of the above, the aforesaid order is made applicable in the instant matters and the stay is granted subject to deposit of entire amount of award along with the interest in the Registry of this Court within a period of twelve weeks from today.
