The learned Assistant Government Pleader raises a preliminary objection that, petitioners have alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. 2.

In the light of that, though Mr. Karad, the learned counsel has sought to canvass the submissions on merits of the matter, we are not inclined to consider the same. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open.
