The learned Advocate representing the Bank, submits that in so far as this petition is concerned, the petitioner has been appraised of the amount that it has to deposit and if that amount is deposited enabling the Bank to settle the account by 30.06.2022, a No Dues Certificate could be issued. However, the petitioner will have to act with great urgency.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner would ensure that the amount in so far as this khs/June 2022/4277

- 2 - petition is concerned, would be deposited with the respondent Bank and on the basis of this statement, this petition can be disposed off. Petitioner No.1 is present in the Court.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Needless to state, if the petitioner clears the loan account of the respondent Bank, which is the subject matter of this petition, the no dues certificate would be issued to the petitioner.
