ORDER:

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice for all the respondents.

The validation proceeding of the petitioner is pending. The learned Counsel for the petitioner contends that, the petitioner is a student of 12th std. and is desirous to seek admission to professional course. For the said purpose, the validity is required. 3.

It appears that, the certificate issued to the petitioner bears the wrong spelling of the tribe.

Considering the urgency in the matter, we pass the following order.

ORDER

The Committee shall immediately issue the attested copy of tribe certificate to the petitioner. On receipt of the attested copy of the tribe certificate from the Committee, the petitioner shall submit the same to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Nanded. The Sub-Divisional Officer, Nanded, within one week shall issue the corrected tribe certificate to the petitioner. The petitioner shall immediately submit the corrected tribe certificate to the Committee and the Committee shall decide the validation proceeding by the end of May-2018 considering the fact that the petitioner is a student and requires the same and is desirous to take admission in a professional course. 5.
