Shri Chincholkar, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that, the office objections shall be removed within two weeks. In view of the submission so made, the order passed on 14.10.2013 is set aside and First Appeal No.1312 of 2013 stands restored to its original file. 2.

It is clarified that, the applicant - appellant shall not be entitled for the interest of the intervening period i.e. from 14.10.2013 to 14.02.2019 in the event the amount of compensation is enhanced, on the said enhanced amount of compensation.
