Petitions in this group have been filed for direction to the respondents/authorities to grant additional 20% grant-in-aid to Class 5th and 7th run by the school in view of Government Resolution dated 12th February, 2021 in some cases and Government Resolution dated 15th February, 2021 in some cases. Prima facie, it appears that the proposals by the petitioners are still pending with respondent No.1 and if they are still pending, directions are required to be issued to decide them in time bound manner and therefore, for the ready reference, following are the Writ Petitions of which details are given as under :- Sr.

Learned AGP points out that some petitions have been filed by the employees and not by the management, who might have filed proposals. Be that as it may, the proposals which are before respondent No.1 should be decided as per policy in view of decision in Writ Petition
{3} No. 563 of 2015 by the Division Bench of this Court dated 21st February, 2019 and also any other decision by this Court or Hon'ble Supreme Court. The proposals so pending be decided by respondent No.1 within a period of two months from today.

In view of this direction, writ petitions stand allowed and disposed of.
