Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have completed their B.D.S. and M.B.B.S. course, however, their degree certificates are withheld only on the ground that validity certificates are not submitted. The same are pending since the year 2009 and 2011. 2.

It is submitted that the Vigilance is conducted in both the matters and in Writ Petition No.3244/2018, the petitioner has also filed say to the Vigilance report.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have completed their course, it would be expedient for the Committee to decide the proceedings expeditiously, more particularly, when the Vigilance has already been conducted. 4.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 12.4.2018. The petitioner in Writ Petition No.3251/2018, shall file his say to the Vigilance report on 12.4.2018. The Committee shall decide the proceedings on its own merits

within three months from the date of appearance. 5.

Depending upon the judgment, that would be delivered by the Committee, the Respondent College and the University shall further take steps with regard to issuance/non-issuance of degree certificate and other relevant documents. 6.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
