Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner, learned AGP and Mr. Deshmukh, learned advocate for the respondent No.4 who appears suomoto.

The order dated 18-03-2025 passed by the learned SDO refusing to consider the application of the petitioner in revision under Section 23(2) of the Mamlatdar Courts Act is under challenge.

The learned SDO has simply put up endorsement on the stay application that in the earlier round of revision, he has already decided the revision against the order passed by the learned Tahasildar and in that view there cannot be second revision filed by the parties and thereafter passed the order on 18-03-2025 for the same reason.

Considering above position, this court thinks it proper to direct the SDO to decide the said application on merits within one week from today.

There shall be stay in terms of prayer clause-C. 6.
